Tinky moved to the Uk, with his wife and two young children, from Hong Kong and joined us in June. He brings with him 17 years of experience, most of which was gained in the kitchens of Michelin starred restaurants, including the last 8 years in one of the world's greatest hotels, The Peninsular', in Hong Kong, known as the 'Grande Dame of the Far East'. He has introduced us to different flavours, styles of cooking and innovation - we are lucky to have him with us here and he brings humour, experience and creativity to our small kitchen
With over 10 years' experience, Liam joined us in October after spending 8 years at Gibsons' Grey Lady, one of the best known and highly regarded restaurants in the county. Liam's youthful passion for cooking and invention add invaluably to our small, dedicated family and to our commitment to produce top quality food at accessible prices.
