Simon has always had an interest in wine and over the last 12 years, he has compiled and supported commercial and specialised wine lists for outlets as varied as JD Wetherspoon, Accor Hotels, Turtle Bay and the original bad boy of British cooking, Marco Pierre White.

Everyone is welcome to pop in for a cocktail, beer or glass of wine, though, in consideration of our neighbours, we do close our doors to walk in customers at 10:30pm

As a certified WSET educator and Diploma holder, I've been lucky enough to run countless wine courses for both people in the trade and wine lovers who just want to know a bit more about what they're drinking.
In the wrong hands, wine can be a critically boring subject and it's important, I believe, to adopt a no bollocks approach and inject some colour, humour and life into what really is a fascinating drink.
I also do tastings and after dinner Q and A's at large corporate and private events, most recently with Marco Pierre White and Blur turned Cheesemaker, Alex James.
