New wines on the way and we'd like you to try them

It's coming up top that time of year - a new wine list and we've hit a major setback. Simon can't drink any more, as he gets vertigo (ffs), so we'd like you to try them for us. Today we're going to sample, with diners that are in this evening, a Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon blend from Darling, Western Cape, S Africa. Somewhere to go from New Zealand is the plan....

The wine is bursting with ripe tropical notes, with a delicious background of salty minerality - check it out and let us know what you think. Drink with whatever you fancy to eat, naturally, though brilliant with most seafood.....
